Three things to know before the SpaceX IPO.

  1. 01 SpaceX is going public — and most retail investors won't get meaningful shares. SpaceX filed confidential IPO paperwork on April 1, 2026, targeting a $1.75 trillion valuation and a June roadshow. Demand will be massive. But in oversubscribed IPOs, the average retail allocation is often just a handful of shares.
  2. 02 Starfighters operates in the same space economy — already public. Same address (Kennedy Space Center). Same customers (NASA-adjacent, DoD, aerospace primes). Same reusability logic that makes SpaceX work — applied to small satellite launches that SpaceX's giant rockets weren't built for.
  3. 03 The fleet already exists and already flies. Seven modified Lockheed F-104 jets — the only commercial Mach 2 payload fleet in the world. They carry satellites and test payloads to 45,000 feet, release them at Mach 2, then land and refuel. Customers include Lockheed Martin, GE Aerospace, and the U.S. Air Force Research Lab.

Important

FJET is a small-cap aerospace company. Partnership announcements don't equal contracted revenue, and aerospace timelines frequently slip. Small-cap stocks can be volatile and carry real risk of loss, including total loss.
